Davit jib systems provide localised facade access by suspending a cradle or rope access operator from a fixed jib arm. Installed at intervals around the roof parapet or floor slab, they offer a flexible, cost-effective alternative to a full roof car BMU system.

Facade Cleaning

💧 Water Soaking

Water soaking is a gentle, low-pressure pre-treatment method used to loosen and dissolve surface dirt, dust, and light pollution deposits before manual cleaning or wiping. It is the preferred first step for delicate glass facades and high-performance coatings where abrasion or high pressure could cause damage to the surface or its protective film.

🔫 Jet Pressure Washing
